Natalia Kritsali is a Design Director at McKinsey and the founder of Bloode, a non-profit organization dedicated to connecting blood donors with patients in real-time and raising awareness about blood donation in Greece. Under her leadership, Bloode has helped facilitate life-saving donations for over 204,000 critically ill patients. In recognition of her impact, she was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list. With experience in both corporate and non-profit sectors, Natalia is driven by a passion for tackling complex challenges and making a meaningful difference through design.
