Reflecting the theme Steps Forward, Ram will explore how we can transform the way we communicate, swap UX jargon for language that resonates with leadership, and quantify our work’s impact in meaningful ways. By doing so, we can take decisive steps toward greater influence, stronger collaboration, and design decisions that create real impact.
Ram brings over 25 years of experience in digital product and service design, working with everything from small startups to major corporations like Elvia, Aker Solutions, and Finn. He has also collaborated with key Norwegian institutions, including the Directorate of Immigration, the Police, and the Food Safety Authority. He is the Design Director at Computas—a Norwegian consultancy with four decades of expertise in AI solutions. Passionate about the intersection of business and user experience, Ram frequently shares his insights on design, innovation, creativity, and product development through talks and conferences. When he's not working, you'll find him behind a camera, cycling on the road, or running in the forest with his family's Whippet.
